Eastside Quarterly Report

Eastside sales activity was up 5% for single family homes and a whopping 33% for condominium homes compared to this same time last year. Average sales prices slid 3.7% compared to last year, reflecting both an increased demand for modestly priced homes over luxury homes, and the large percentage of short sales and bank-owned properties.
